TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Accessibility - Unfortunately due to the underfoot conditions we are not able to accommodate wheelchairs or pushchairs on our walking experiences, however in dry weather we should be able to accommodate you for our picnic experiences but please contact us prior to booking to check availability.

Although we are not trekking to the South Pole our walking experiences do require a degree of physical fitness and you will be required to walk for 45 minutes, if you feel you are unable to do this then we suggest booking a picnic experience instead.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to those we think you may pose a risk to our animals or other guests, including guests we believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs 

​

Weather - We run in almost all weathers, unless there is thunder or lightning overhead or an amber weather warning in place for the area. In this circumstance we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the opportunity to rebook your experience or claim a full refund (minus the booking fee)

Accidents - Thankfully accidents are rare and we offer a comprehensive safety briefing prior to experiences to reduce these further. We do not accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur during our experiences.

Cancellations - If you need to move or cancel your booking then please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately within 48 hours of your experience we are unable to move or cancel your booking and no refund will be given. Outside of 48 hours a voucher to rebook your experience will be provided.

Pregnancy - As we are a working farm you may come into contact with natural bacteria which may pose risk to your pregnancy . We recommend not touching pregnant alpacas or Cria and washing your hands thoroughly after the experience.

Pre-existing medical conditions - Please consult your doctor prior to your experience if you have pre-existing medical conditions which may be exacerbated by this experience

Dogs - Unfortunately we cannot permit dogs on our experiences, including guide dogs

​

Late Arrivals and No-shows - Unfortunately if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the start time of your experience we will not be able to accommodate you and no refund will be given, if due to extenuating circumstances then a voucher to rebook may be given, at the discretion of the ambling alpacas staff. If you are a "no-show" to your experience then no refund willl be given
